ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has provisionally collected over Rs 815 billion in the first 28 days of September 2023 against the monthly target of Rs 795 billion, reflecting an increase of Rs 20 billion.
The FBR has amassed the revenue collection target for the month of September 2023 during the first 28 days of September. The revenue collection would further increase in the last two days of September 2023.
During the first quarter (July-September) of 2022-23, the provisional tax collection stood at Rs 2,022 billion against the quarterly target of Rs 1,978 billion, reflecting an increase of Rs 44 billion.
