"The SBP Vision 2028, envisions is to make SBP a people centric institution, working for the wellbeing of the people of Pakistan." So what has been happening in the past, not serving the people? More talk and 5 years plan in current environment and you present strategy in Generic words, you mean PESTEL "to ensure that the strategic direction of SBP is responsive and forward-looking, various political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal factors have been analyzed to facilitate" This below is not SBP job, you just manage monetary Policy and rest is what the Businesses have to, keep your hands away! "including: strategic communication, climate change, technological innovation, diversity and inclusion, and productivity and competitiveness."

The SBP strategic plan needs a dose of Ispaghol to digest for policymakers. But why do we even bother when everyone knows that these are shenanigans and no one will ever be answerable when this plan goes kaput.
