ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives Ahsan Iqbal on Tuesday evening left for a three-day visit to China.
This is the first high-level visit of the newly-elected government to China. The minister will discuss the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) Project Phase-2 with the top leadership of China.
According to the Ministry of Planning, the agenda of the 13th Joint Cooperation Committee (JCC) under CPEC, the expected visit of the prime minister of Pakistan to China will also be discussed.
