KARACHI: On Monday at PMEX, the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR19.746 billion and the number of lots traded was 18,330.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 11.660 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.495 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.443 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.394 billion), Silver (PKR 983.392 million), Platinum (PKR 951.550 million), DJ (PKR 281.817 million), Copper (PKR 150.020 million), Natural Gas (PKR 147.101 million), Palladium (PKR 82.183 million), Japan Equity (PKR 75.525 million), SP 500 (PKR 70.660million) and Brent (PKR 11.133 million).
In Agricultural commodities, 37 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 49.783 million were traded.
