KAMPALA: The Ugandan shilling was flat on Tuesday, with some inflows of dollars from exporters of coffee and gold and remittances supporting the local unit, traders said.
Ugandan shilling weakens on increased FX demand from banks, importers
At 0805 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,705/3,715 per dollar, the same level as Monday’s closing rate.
