KARACHI: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is set to resume flights between Karachi and Turbat by December 16, 2024.
According to the PIA spokesman, the airline will operate two weekly flights on Mondays and Wednesdays to Turbat and this development is part of the airline’s broader initiative to revitalize its operations in Turbat and Gwadar.
The resumption of flights to Turbat holds significant economic importance as it will support various China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects in the region. The improved air connectivity is expected to facilitate business travel and economic activities in the area.
