The Embassy of Brazil and the Embassy of Cuba jointly organised a concert of the 'Cuban Group A3 Jazz' to amuse a select gathering of diplomats, heads of international organisations, dignitaries and members of the business community. The musical event was held in the Embassy of Brazil and jazz afficcionados enjoyed the concert, followed by a delicious garden dinner, where Brazilian delicacies were served.
The trio mixed Jazz with traditional Latin and Cuban rhythms to create a music that amused all those present at the event. The group played, for more than an hour, an exciting repertoire, that included some well known Latin musical pieces, such as 'Guantanamera' and some well-known jazz compositions, such as 'A Night in Tunisia', from Dizzy Gillespie.
