Sindh Govern-ment on Friday again banned pillion-riding for 17 days in Karachi and Khairpur Mir's on the pretext of maintaining law and order situation during the month of Muharram. A notification to this effect was issued here by the provincial home department. Earlier, the provincial government had imposed ban on pillion ridding in Hyderabad as well.
