Little changes were seen on the wholesale grain market on Monday owing to balanced demand supply position, dealers said. On the cereals side, Barley Sindh and Mardan were quoted higher at Rs 3600-3700, other commodity items retained week-end levels, they said. On the rice sector, Irri-6 Sindh low type gained Rs 10 to Rs 3250 and the best quality was up by Rs 20 to Rs 3350, they said.
On the seeds side, cottonseeds oilcake with bag Sindh new inferior type fell by Rs 50 to Rs 800 while the good type maintained last levels at Rs 900, they said. Prices were inert on the grams sector, they said.
