Awami National Party (ANP) Sindh on Wednesday announced support for the strike call given by Pakistan Muslim League (Functional) against the newly promulgated SPLGO 2012. Leader of Sindh United Party Jalal Mehmood Shah and PML-F leader Yasir Sain called on ANP Sindh president Senator Shahi Syed at Mardan House.
On this occasion while addressing a news conference Senator Shahi Syed said that his party would support the strike call of the PML-F against the SPLGO-2012, to be observed on November 30 2012. Jalal Mehmood, Sindh Bachayo Committee (SBC) leader and Pir Yasir Sian, PML-F also accompanied him. He appealed to the people of the province to actively participate in the protest demonstrations against the SPLGO, adding that 30th November would be marked as a Black Day in the province.
Talking to media persons Jalal Mehmood Shah thanked Shahi Syed for his support, saying that collective efforts were needed to save the province from the anti-Sindh elements. He asked the masses to participate in the protest demonstrations to make the Black Day and strike successful.
