In order to celebrate the birthday of Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, the Sindh Museum and Allama Dawood Pota Library of Culture Department Hyderabad have arranged different colourful and informative programmes for young generation to promote the services rendered by Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah and his ideology of Pakistan.
Among these programmes the book fair arranged by the management of Allama Dawood Pota library has been inaugurated by Divisional Director Information Hyderabad, Imdad Ali Keerio on Monday which is to be continued till December 30, 2012 at premises of library. In addition to Allama Dawood Pota library, Sindhi Adabi Board and Sindhi Language Authority and other publication organisations are taking part in this exhibition by displaying their historical and valuable books that would be available for everyone at discount rates of 50 percent during the exhibition. Whereas another programme of 2-days pictorial exhibition comprised on the historical pictures of Quaid-e-Azam his political colleagues and events of the Pakistan Movement also started after inauguration by Director Sindh Museum Hyderabad Ayoob Jamali.
Talking on the event of book fair, the Divisional Director Information Hyderabad Imdad Ali Keerio said that such type of exhibition not only to impart young generation about the ideology of Pakistan but also to promote reading habits among them. He said that to remember our national heroes and their struggle would further inspire our young generation for strengthening the spirit of national cohesion and national development.
