At least three persons were injured, when a bomb planted in a motorcycle parked near a mosque went off in the limits of Sohrab Goth police station. According to SHO Faseeh Zaman, the bomb-laden bike was parked near Haji Khan Masjid in Jannat Gul Town in the jurisdiction of Sohrab Goth police station. He said the bomb exploded during Asar prayers that resulted in injuries to three persons.
The injured were identified as Haji Ashraf, Zahir Shah and an unknown. Meanwhile, officials of Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) said that some three to four kilograms of high explosive material was used in the blast.
