Special Assistant to Chief Minister Punjab Syed Zaeem Hussain Qadri has criticised Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi for doing nothing to the people of Punjab, except corruption, loot and mega scandals during his tenure as chief executive of the province.
He said projects, initiated during the rule of Pervaiz Elahi, are worst example of commission grabbing and nepotism. Commenting upon the statement of Pervaiz Elahi, Zaeem Hussain said that Q-League is a gang of political orphans, as those who supported Musharraf are now sitting in the lap of corrupt Zardari to protect their own corruption.
He said those who committed dacoit against democracy have been exposed by the people in bye-elections, while such elements would disappear forever from the political scene in the forthcoming general elections. Zaeem Hussain Qadri said that Q-League and its cronies cannot digest any development project of Punjab government of PML-N, but they will have nowhere to hide after the successful inauguration of Metro Bus Project on February 10.
He said, during Pervaiz Elahi era, dacoit was committed against provincial resources in the name of "Parha Likha Punjab", while billions of rupees were wasted in the form of corruption. He said, under the leadership of Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, the Punjab government has taken revolutionary steps in educational field by ensuring a record increase in the education budget.
