Provincial Chief JUI-F, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Maulana Amanullah has convened a meeting of its parliamentary board to prepare detailed report regarding seat adjustment with political parties in the upcoming general elections in the province. The meeting will be held in the Provincial Secretariat with Maulana Amanullah in the chair on February 17, at 11:00 am.
The 13-member parliamentary board besides reviewing final list of JUI-F candidates in the upcoming general elections will also discuss reports prepared by different districts of the province in this regard. Abdul Jalil Jan, spokesman of JUI-F Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, who is also member of the parliamentary board, had said that all districts had been informed about the decisions of Provincial Majglis-e-Shura through dispatching of a formal circular to them in this regard.
He said that party organisations in all districts and tribal agencies had been directed to dispatch a detailed report regarding seat adjustments in their respective districts and final list of the candidates of National and Provincial Assembly to the provincial parliamentary board till February 15. The provincial parliamentary board in its meeting on February 17, will prepare report regarding seat adjustment at provincial level.
