The Punjab government has so far distributed an amount of Rs 254.26 million among 12,698 flood affected families under "Khadim-e-Aala Relief Card" worth Rs 20,000 each. Director General Provincial Disaster Management Authority, Mujahid Sherdil said here on Wednesday that pursuant to the instructions of Chief Minister Punjab, the process of distribution of "Khadim-e-Aala Relief Card" worth Rs 20,000 each among flood affected families of Tehsil Rojhan is being completed.
While giving details, Mujahid Sherdil said that, earlier, Rs 25.6 million as relief fund among 12,816 flood affected families in Rajanpur, DG Khan and Jampur have been distributed.
