The Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference in Indian occupied Kashmir Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has said that puppet Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah has no right to hold the office as he has himself admitted that he is helpless to stop the killing of the Kashmiris.
The APHC Chairman in a media interview invited pro-India National Conference and Peoples Democratic Party MLAs including Omar Abdullah to resign from the so-called Legislative Assembly to join the freedom movement "if they feel helpless to stop the killing of Kashmiris," KMS reported. "Omar Abdullah has himself admitted that he is helpless. We know it and agree with his statement. It is time for him to introspect and resign," the Mirwaiz added.
"If these people really have a conscience and listen to it, they should resign as a mark of protest and send message out to the international community and world that they're helpless and have failed to protect the precious lives of innocent people in Kashmir. Let them admit that they have failed to deliver justice to the murderers of the innocent Kashmiris".
Calling the chief minister a person in power but not in authority, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq said, "What people could expect from a government which failed to revoke AFSPA. If it cannot have this concession from India how could it solve the Kashmir issue or problems of the people?"
