MOL Group has launched Growww2013 to hire the best graduates and young talents from various professions from petroleum and mechanical engineers to geologist, economists and other business administration specialists. Apart from a general training programme, trainees will also participate in MOL Group's Business Education Programme to gain a better understanding of a large set of oil & gas business specifics, analytical methods and tools, as well as to get an overview of O&G supporting business activities.
The Business Education Programme consists of visits to exploration and production sites and refineries of MOL Group, lectures by Group management and international team tasks.
This is the seventh consecutive year that MOL Group offers graduates opportunity to start their career at one of the leading Central-European companies, gain work experience under professional guidance and prove in a cross-cultural working environment. During the recruitment campaign, graduates can submit their application online via the Growww2013 website, which is accessible through any of the MOL Group member companies' websites in the above listed countries. This year the programme will be run in 14 countries, which will be a record in the history of the programme: Hungary, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy, Romania, Pakistan, Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland, Iraq, Oman, Russia, and Serbia.
