Crime rate in the Capital is increasing with each passing day and outlaws are on a looting spree due to poor planning of the Islamabad police. The incidents of violence, dacoities, robberies, murders, kidnapping, and other crimes are on the rise in the federal Capital.
The growing rate of crime is creating a sense of insecurity among the residents, who believe that Islamabad has become a lucrative and safest place for the robbers and criminals. According to the data gathered by Business Recorder, various police stations of the city have registered 14 cases of robberies and dacoities, 12 cases of carjacking and snatching, two cases of murder and four cases of fake cheques last week.
Kohsar Police Station registered four cases of car thefts and one case of fake cheque, Abpara Police Station registered three cases of car lifting, one of fake cheque, Shalimar Police Station registered four cases of robbery and one case of fake cheque and Koral Police Station registered three cases of robbery and fake cheques last week.
