Rangers on Thursday arrested 29 suspects including three activists of banned outfits during targeted operations in various localities of the city and recovered 32 weapons from their possession. According to Rangers spokesman, Rangers conducted targeted operations in Mehran Town and Korangi area on early Thursday morning, from where they arrested 26 criminals, including a notorious target killer, extortionists and proclaimed offenders.
Rangers also recovered 32 weapons from their possession. Intelligence-based raids were also carried out in the city in which a Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) activist and two Lashkar-e-Jhangvi men were arrested in Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Jamshed town, respectively.
