The Old Ravians Union (ORU) Executive Committee, led by President Kamran Lashari and Secretary Dr Khalid Manzoor Butt, on Friday met Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Muhammad Khaleeq-ur-Rahman at the Government College University (GCU) Lahore Syndicate Committee Room and briefed him about the various activities and future plans of the union.
Talking to VC, Kamran Lashari said that ORU was holding the biggest reunion of Old Ravians in the university's Oval Ground on April 6 and thousands of alumni of GCU were coming from all over Pakistan to attend it. He also expressed gratitude to the VC for his support for organising festival cricket match between Old Ravians and the university's faculty members on March 22, in the Oval Ground.
