A security guard along with his accomplices looted Allied Bank branch situated at Tariq Road, near Liberty Chowk, here Thursday. According to police, the security guard along with his four other aides committed the heist and decamped with the booty. Police said the robbers looted millions of rupees. Before escaping, the culprits also took away the CCTV footage with them.
