Kisan Board Pakistan (KBP) observed the World Water Day on Friday as 'Black Day' against the Indian water aggression against Pakistan and cold attitude of the government in tackling this issue and giving no attention towards construction of Kalabagh Dam. Speaking at a gathering of growers, KBP President Sardar Zafar Hussein Khan and General Secretary Malik Muhammad Ramzan Rohari claimed that increasing water crisis around the globe was due to water aggression of different countries.
He said this crisis was affecting 3.2 billion people directly throughout the world. They said this water aggression might result in another world war, adding that next target of world powers would be taking possession of water after capturing oil producing regions. They said Pakistan was also facing grave situation due to water aggression, adding that despite having hydraulic system of six rivers in Pakistan it had been deprived of water of three rivers completely.
