Third edition of Pakistan Champions League Cricket Tournament will be held here from June 12, organisers announced here on Monday. A meeting of the organising committee was held here under the Chairmanship of Ex-MNA Asif Hasnain the other day to chalk programme for the event.
"A delegation of Champions League Organising Committee will shortly be meeting the officials of Pakistan Cricket Board," Asif Hasnain told the meeting. He said besides eight international teams, 12 from across Pakistan, 16 teams of Karachi will be taking part in the event. The meeting was also attended by former Pakistan Captain Rashid Latif, Secretary Karachi City Cricket Association (KCCA), Ex-MPA Moin Aamir Peerzada and other officials.
