Another witness of Shahzeb Khan's murder case has refused testimony before the anti-terrorism court here on Monday. He told the court he was not present on the scene when Shahzeb was murdered, and did not see what happened. Speculations says that the witnesses were granted 2.5 million each by the opposition party, however the witnesses denied the fact saying they were out of any pressure from Jatois.
Previously, two witnesses had refused to identify Shahrukh Jatoi in Shahzeb murder case on the hearing of March 26. The Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) chaired by Judge Ghulam Mustafa Memon took up the case for hearing. The investigation officer presented two witnesses, Shaheryar and Aamir, in the court and they backtracked from their earlier statements and refused to identify Shahrukh Jatoi.
