Rejection of nomination papers: Election Tribunal to begin hearings on April 9

The Election Appellate Tribunal comprising Justice Mian Fasihul Mulk, Justice Mazhar Alam Mian Khel and Justice Mrs Irshad Qaiser of Peshawar High Court will start hearings appeals and review petitions against the acceptance and rejection of nomination papers of candidates for the upcoming elections from April 11.
The list of the cases so fixed for hearings before the Tribunal will be regularly displayed on the notice board and website of the Peshawar High Court on daily basis.
