ISE index loses 60.47 points

Bears retuned in the driving seat on the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where losers outclassed gainers amid decrease in index. ISE Ten Index showed a decrease of 60.47 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 3,435.26 to 3,374.79 points. The overall turnover amounted to 191,000 shares as compared to previous volume of 7,000 shares.
Total 133 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (97) closed in negative territory, 36 closed in positive territory, whereas no company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Lafrage Pakistan Cement was 125,000 shares. The volume of Fauji Cement Company was 50,000 shares. The volume of Silk Bank Ltd was 16,000 shares.
