KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the upper side on Monday at 25,415.63 points with a positive change of 177.60 and volume of 167,471,600 shares. High and Low were 25,500.23 and 25,237.07 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 19 were up, 11 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 262,520,110 shares. Total companies traded were 374 of which 208 were positive, 146 were negative and 20 were unchanged.

Chemicals was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 50,739,700 shares. It was followed by Cement with a total traded volume of 49,726,250 shares.
