Justice Nasir Saeed Sheikh of the Lahore High Court on Tuesday refused to hear the petition of former MPA of PML-Q Seemal Kamran challenging her disqualification by the election commission on the basis of fake degree. The judge referred the petitioner to Chief Justice for its disposal by any other bench citing personal reasons.
Ms Seemal submitted that the ECP had disqualified her without hearing her point of view. She urged the court to take notice of the one sided decision and set aside the same.
