Government Degree Boys College, Korangi No 2-1/2 defeated Jinnah Degree College by 3 wickets in the final of Inter Collegiate Cricket Tournament Karachi. Jinnah College won the toss and elected to bat first and got all out on 88 runs in 18.3 overs. Syed Fazzullah got 4 wickets, Toheed Khan, Abdul Hadi Mazhar and Bilal Ahmed of Government Degree Boys College got 2 wicket each.
In replying Government Degree Boys College, Koranagi No 2-1/2 achieved the target in 17.3 overs. Captain Toheed Khan scored 35 runs not out and Syed Saeed Raza Taqvi scored 30 runs. Toheed Khan later declared man-of-the- match. Total 64 colleges participated in this tournament.-PR
