A low intensity blast took place at the Karachi's Boat Basin area in Clifton here on Tuesday. Rangers covered the area after the blast. However, no serious casualties have been reported. According to reports, the explosive device was kept in a pot near the Red Zone that houses key establishments, including the Governor's House, the Chief Minister's House and Bilawal House.
Rangers covered the area after the blast and called the Bomb Disposal Squad to do further investigation. BDS said that the ball bearings were also used in the manufacture of the device. Report further said that no casualties have been found yet. However, Security personnel cordoned off the area for investigation.
