MPs-elect asked to vacate additional seats by June 10

Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has asked those candidates who have won more than one seat in general elections to vacate the additional seats by June 10. According to the ECP‚ legal action will be taken against those who fail to vacate additional seats by the deadline. ECP will issue notification about the success of the candidates after the expiry of the deadline as per ECP rules.
ECP will allot the seats to such according to the time of announcement results or the date and time of submission of nominations papers.
