PIA is maintaining its domestic and international flights schedule and there has been no disruption so far, PIA Spokesman said here on Wednesday. Refuting a news item appearing in a section of print and electronic media regarding grounding all of its B-737 aircraft, PIA Spokesman said that however, two of its Boeing 737 aircraft were under normal routine maintenance checks and will resume service after completion of maintenance checks.
All aircraft in the airline's fleet undergo routine maintenance from time to time. The airline's flight operation is not affected by aircraft routine maintenance. However, slight schedule changes, if any, are normal in airline business mostly depending upon market conditions, PIA Spokesman concluded.-PR
