Huawei comes out with its own app store
The world’s third largest smartphones manufacturer, Huawei, has unveiled its own app store ‘AppGallery’ for its users globally that will be available for download by the second quarter of 2018.
After the presence of application stores for Android and iOS, the Chinese company has jumped into the app market allowing users to download applications already existing on the Google Play Store. According to Android Headlines, Huawei means to target its biggest market Asia, mainly China, Pakistan and India.
AppGallery has rolled out with 5 sections including Manager, Me, Featured, Category and Top. Apart from the usual applications such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, Huawei users will also have access to several of Asia’s popular apps including messaging app WeChat.
