Bulls dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities continued to move in upward direction with positive trend at the ISE amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an improvement of 74.62 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 4,066.21 to 4,140.83 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 105,400 shares as compared to previous volume of 51,500 shares. Total 143 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (81) closed in positive territory, 62 closed in negative territory, whereas no company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Fauji Cement was 100,000 shares. The volume of Lafrage Pakistan Cement was 5,000 shares. The volume of Pakistan State Oil was 400 shares.
