Judge Accountability Court-III Lahore: President approves appointment of Naseer
President Asif Ali Zardari on the advice of the Prime Minister has approved the appointment of Shahid Naseer, D&SJ/Judge Accountability Court-I, Rawalpindi (BS-21) as Judge Accountability Court-III Lahore.
The Summary initiated by Ministry of Law and Justice Division states that the post of Judge Accountability Court-III Lahore had fallen vacant due to expiry of the tenure of its incumbent on 20-10-2012.
The Chief Justice of Lahore High Court nominated a panel of three Judges for posting any one of them against the vacant post.
Ministry of Law & Justice proposed and recommended to the Prime Minister that Shahid Naseer, D&SJ/Judge Accountability Court-I, Rawalpindi (BS-21) may be appointed as a Judge Accountability Court-III Lahore on deputation basis in his own pay and scale till the date of his superannuation i.e. October 31, 2015 or until further order whichever is earlier from the date he assumes the charge of the post.
Accordingly acting on the advice of the Prime Minister, the President has approved the said appointment. The President, on the advice of Prime Minister, has also approved the appointment of the following advocates as Additional Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General; Shah Khawar, Additional Attorney General-II, Islamabad; Naveed Khalil Chaudhary, Deputy Attorney General-I, Bahawalpur; Sana Ullah Zahid, Deputy Attorney General-X, Islamabad High Court; Muhammad Zahid Khan, Deputy Attorney General-I, Karachi; Sajid Ilyas Bhatti, Deputy Attorney General-II, Islamabad, Mirza Vaqas Rauf, Deputy Attorney General-III, Islamabad and Sohail Mahmood, Deputy Attorney General-VI, Islamabad.
The Services of following Deputy Attorneys General have been dispensed with Ashfaq Ahmed Tagar, Deputy Attorney General-I Karachi, Shafi Muhammad Chandio, Deputy Attorney General-II Islamabad, Ghulam Muhammad Chaudhry Deputy Attorney General-III Islamabad and Raja M. Aleem Khan Abbasi, Deputy Attorney General-VI Islamabad.-PR
