Minister of State for Education, Training and Standards in Higher Education, Engineer Baligh-ur-Rehman has said that the government would soon formulate a policy that would not only help increase the number of training opportunities, but also help ensure the quality and standard of training for professionals.
"Technical education has assumed a vital role in the national development. The youth must be equipped with technical education and necessary skills," he said while addressing a ceremony held at National Training Bureau (NTB) here on Wednesday. The Minister awarded certificates to 50 students who successfully completed their training at NTB. The minister urged the students to utilise the opportunities provide by the government and play a role in the national development.
