The Lahore High Court on Tuesday directed the district and sessions judge (D&SJ), Lahore to look into the matter of a rape case and submit his report about the submission of challan by the police before the relevant court within three days. The D&SJ has submitted in his fresh report that on the complaint of the victim, criminal case had been registered against Muhammad Arshad and an unknown person.
The victim was examined medically and as per report, no mark of violence was present on her body. D&SJ further stated that the sole nominated accused is on ad-interim pre-arrest bail.
