Interior Ministry has sought security plans for Eid-ul-Fitr from the provinces. According to Interior Ministry sources, the provinces are directed to inform the centre about security arrangements at sensitive, extremely sensitive and normal areas, especially jails of high profile criminals and other vulnerable points.
This information are sought to avoid any negligence in terms of security and in the backdrop of terror threats on Eid day. The provinces are advised to remain on security high alert.
