The Lahore High Court on Wednesday summoned three former health secretaries, former director general health department and two directors of the department for November 16 in response to a petition seeking action against the authorities for their failure to control measles. Chairman Judicial Activism Panel (JAP) Azhar Siddique told the court that Chief Secretary Javed Aslam had conducted an inquiry into deaths by measles and recommended action against three former health secretaries.
