Rejecting the allegations levelled by Senator Azam Khan Hoti against ANP's top leadership, the National Youth Organisation (NYO) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, described these assertions unfounded and baseless. Speaking at a news conference here at Peshawar Press Club on Sunday, the Organisation's President Sangeen Khan Advocate said that a conspiracy was being hatched to create split within the ANP's ranks. He said that ANP had always confronted such conspiracies and foiled it with the support of the party workers.
Flanked by the NYO General Secretary Noman-ul-Haq, Provincial Spokesman NYO Hasan Buneri and Senior Vice President Izhar-u-llah, he said Asfandyar Wali Khan was a political successor of Khan Abdul Wali Khan, who always raised voice for rights of the Pakhtuns.
The NYO leaders vowed that the organisation would always extend its support to Asfandyar.
