Development of Fata government's top priority: President

President Mamnoon Hussain on Monday said the government attaches priority to the socio-economic and political development of Federally Administered Tribal Areas (Fata). Speaking to a delegation of parliamentarians from Fata, the President said all possible measures would be taken to bring the people of tribal areas into the mainstream of national life.
The delegation included MNAs Shah Jee Gul Afridi, Bismillah Khan and Nasir Khan. The President stressed undertaking vigorous efforts and steps at all levels to redress the grievances of the tribal people and to remove their sense of deprivation. He assured Fata parliamentarians that government would continue working for economic and social uplift of Fata.
