"Lanterns of Hope" will be unique and historical event in the history of Lahore, when mini hot-air Lanterns will be released in the air regarding World AIDS Day. The Drug Advisory Training Hub a project of Youth Council for Anti Narcotics (YOCFAN) in collaboration with Punjab AIDS Control Programme, government of Punjab planned to launch the campaign in which thousands of youth, students, social workers, lawyers, Doctors, women, families, Artists and different departments will gather at a central location in Lahore and release sky lanterns.
Consultant Anti Drugs/Narcotics Campaign Syed Zulfiqar Hussain gave a briefing about arrangements of the event at committee room Punjab AIDS Control Programme. The meeting presided over by Project Director, Punjab AIDS Control Programme Dr Salman Shahid. Dr Tuyba Rashid, Fasial Majeed, PACP, Malik Javed Secretary YOCFAN, Monam Majeed and others participated in the briefing.
