The Government of Balochistan has notified transfers and posting of some senior bureaucrats, here on Tuesday night. According to a notification issued by Services and General Administration, Qambar Dashti Secretary Excise and Taxation (BCS/B-20) has been appointed as Commissioner Quetta division while Commissioner Quetta Usman Gul (PAS/B-19) has been asked to report S&GAD.
Naveed Ahmed Sheikh (PAS/B-20 has been appointed as Commissioner Nasirabad division while Director PDMA, Balochistan Abdul Latif Kakar (BCS/B-19) will take over as Deputy Commissioner Quetta. A senior bureaucrat Rana Naseer Ahmed (PAS/B-21) who was waiting for posting has been appointed as Chairman Chief Minister Inspection Team while another senior officer (BSS/B-21)Naseer Ahmed Baloch Secretary Social Welfare has been transferred and posted as Secretary Labour and Manpower.
Notification further said that Mashtaq Ahmed Raisani (BSS/B-20) who was waiting for posting will be Secretary Agriculture and Co-operative, Shoib Ahmed Gola (BCS/B-20) who was working as Director General Gwadar Development Authority has been transferred and posted as Member Board of Revenue. Sajad Ahmed (GDA/B-20) Chief Engineer Gwadar Development Authority has been transferred and appointed as Director General Gwadar Development Authority. Abdul Qayyam Kakar (BCS/B20) waiting for posting appointed as member Chief Minister Inspection Team, while Noor Ahmed Parkani (BSS/B-19) has been asked to take over as Director General Quetta Development Authority and Miran Khan (BCS/B-17) appointed as Assistant Commissioner Harnai.
In another move, Bilal Ahmed Jamali (BCS/B-20) secretary Information Technology has been transferred and posted as Secretary Social Welfare while Akhtar Muhammad Kakar (BCS/B-20 will be the new Secretary Information Technology. Notification said that Ashrafullah Kakar (BCS/B-20) will take over as Managing Director WASA and Captain (Retd) Muhammad Tariq (PAS/B-20 MD Wasa has been asked to report S&GAD.
The Secretary Information Qamar Masood (BCS/B-20) has been asked to report S&GAD while Faisal Malik Awan (PAS/B-20) will be new Secretary Information. According to the notification, Khalid Sherdil (PAS/B-19) has been appointed as Director General Information Technology while Mehmood Akram Mengal (B-19) who was working as Director General Information Technology has been asked to report Balochistan Assembly.
