Al-Mustafa Welfare Society (Trust) will organise a public vigil in front of Lahore Press Club in connection with Universal Children's Day on Tuesday (today) evening. The peaceful procession will start at 5.00pm and children studying in Aabro Schools, an institution against child labour, will participate. President Al-Mustafa Welfare Society Mian Khalid Habib Elahi Advocate, General Secretary Aabro Education and Welfare Organisation Rubina Qureshi, Shakil Qureshi, teachers, women, scholars and people from different walk of life will attend the event and express their solidarity with children.
Universal Children's Day will be observed on Wednesday (November 20) under this year slogan of "Stop cruelty to children".
