Players of Nintendo 3DS and Wii U consoles will soon be able to enjoy a single user account when an update for the 3DS is published in December, the company said. The update will allow users of the handheld console to use an Nintendo Network ID, something that was previously only available on the stationary Wii U console. The unification makes sense, as up till now each console had a separate user account for buying games and additional content.
