Reinstatement of former DG: Health Secretary asked to submit report by December 9

The Lahore High Court directed Sectary Health to submit report till December 9, about reinstituting suspended director general Dr Tanveer Ahmad. Earlier, on Tuesday advocate general, Punjab informed the court that Dr Tanveer had been reinstated and soon would be posted at some place.
Dr Tanveet had challenged his suspension by submitting that he was accused of responsible in failure of controlling measles epidemic, which caused death of many kids. He said that then chief secretary Javed Aslam had conducted an inquiry into deaths by measles and was declared innocent but even then he was suspended.
