Pakistan Muslim League-Q senior leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has said that overseas Pakistanis are ambassadors of the country who are helping Pakistan by remitting forex in billions to the country. He was talking to a delegation of Pak-UAE Federation, led by Chaudhry Pervaiz Iqbal Losar, which was called on him at his Gulberg residence on Wednesday.
Elahi maintained that over seven million Pakistanis were living in different parts of the world including North America, Europe, Middle East and Far East. He said those people were performing important tasks in their host countries and improving Pakistan's image as well as improving their standard of living and that of their families by remitting money to homeland.
