A suspected militant was killed while planting an explosive device near Juma Khan Khawar area in jurisdiction of Nasir Bagh Police station on Saturday. According to police sources, the militants was planting a device near police check post to target police mobile however, the device exploded before time and resulted killing of the terrorist. Heavy contingent of police rushed the site and cordoned off the area.
The police launched search operation in the areas to arrest other facilitators of the bomber. The dead body of the killed person was shifted for medical examination to the mortuary of Khyber Medical College.
