Forecast: Mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, rain-thunderstorm (with snow over the hills) is expected at isolated places of Malakand, Hazara, Rawalpindi divisions, Islamabad, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
