Miscreants blew up a newly-built bridge in Balochistan's Bolan district on Sunday, suspending the traffic bound for Punjab. According to Levies sources, miscreants set off remote-controlled explosives to blow up a bride recently built on Quetta-Sibbi road in Machh tehsil of Bolan district. The blast damaged the bridge and suspended the traffic bound for Punjab from Quetta, causing severe hardships from passengers who were remained struck in the area for several hours.
Separately, a mine blast was reported in Dera Bugti district of the restive province. Two children were injured in the incident when they hit a land mine while playing outside their home in residential area of Kahu.
